Libsy now works everywhere in Egypt
Libsy covered Cairo and Giza for its first two years. Since September it reaches every governorate, so someone in Tanta can sell a jacket to someone in Aswan.
If you sell
Listing works the same way. You photograph the piece, write a line about it and set your price.
What changed is who sees it. Your closet used to be shown to Cairo and Giza. Now the whole country can buy from it, and when something sells we collect it from your door.
If you buy
You can buy from any seller on Libsy instead of only the ones near you. The piece goes to our hub, gets checked, and then travels out to you.
Outside Cairo and Giza that takes a few days longer, because the parcel makes two journeys rather than one.
How it gets there
Outside Cairo and Giza, Bosta does both ends: they collect the piece from the seller and they deliver it to the buyer. Inside Cairo and Giza our own drivers do it. Either way you arrange nothing.
Where everyone is so far
Alexandria is the busiest place outside Cairo, for buying and for selling. After that it thins out, with a few sellers in most governorates.
So if you are the first person listing in yours, your closet is the only one nearby. You can sell used clothes online in Egypt in a few minutes, or buy second hand clothes in Egypt from anyone already listing.
