Hello, lovelies 🌷 This pretty royal blue skirt has such a colorful summery vibe to it. There’s elastic at the tummy area and the skirt itself can be hitched up as a dress, too. The elastic is in good shape, and the skirt itself is clean. However there are a couple of white dots (please see last photo) but I think dry-clean can fix it. It’s very lightweight and flowy, perfect for this weather 🌷
